Looking to use the Multitech FF840 with IP Office. Does anyone know how to default it if you don't have the admin password? I made a console cable from some instructions I found on the Multitech website, I'm able to Putty into the console port and I am able to browse to the unit in a web browser but don't know the admin credentials. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

there is a reset button on the chassis
have you tried pushing it and holding it for a while, then if that doesn't work pushing it while it boots up

Thanks for the idea Westi, unfortunately the reset button doesn't do anything except reboot the module, I've tried holding it down for various lengths of time and while it was booting up.
