Hi, we are trying to use the deluxe paging and call park timeout to Originator feature without an attendant console. Can this be done? When we turned this feature on, the operators who are using the Amcom system to answer calls, could not park calls. I did notice that there are 3 attendant consoles (even though they only exist in the software and are not plugged in anywhere). Could this be the issue? I have a new site that when they park calls via a 1616 phone with call park extension buttons on it, the calls don't come back to that phone if they are not answered. Any ideas, would be great! Thanks.
