I think instruction are usualy on the Installer Manual under Upgrade.
Disconnecting 25 pairs is a precaution so static does not zap the cards.
Some here I am sure dont bother with it such as standing on a mat or grounding your wrist when hold cards.
Anyway my goof sorry.....

Now, being the pesimistic tech that I am, I did write down all of the system programming before I started. That won't be too much trouble to put back in.
HOWEVER, what do I do about my PRI keycodes?? Any suggestions? I see that my System ID changed.
I see you posted a new thread on key code recovery....which is ok but curious as to what happend.
Process:
4.0 to 4.1 then to 6.1.
If you weere not patient or disrupted upgrade then this would happen.
However one of my reps suggest that there was a certian verion when the id would might change upon upgrade....he could not recall what version this happens, I just assumed he was full of shit and still wet behind the ears as I have never had an issue.
Sorry for your loss, but contact an authorixed vendor and they can re-generate the keycode for you on the spot.
