Upgrading a IP Office 500 4.0(7) to a 7.0(12)

Doing an upgrade from a IP 500 4.0 to a 7.0
looking for verification I can safely take it to 7.0 without any middle steps. Manager looks ready to go pitfalls with the upgrade but I want to make sure. I have the licensing ready in the IP Office loaded.
Can anyone tell me where the pitfalls of this may be?

OK to clarify my question, is there any problems with allowing manager to go forward on a 4.0 to 7.0?
