I am having some issues since upgraded to version 9.1

- in manager 9.1 in File | Advanced | I cannot find Security settings here! Do I have to enable these from somewhere as this is where the option should be to access security mode.

- installed application server 9.1 with one-x portal (on a VMWARE VM). For some reason I have the CSTA-Provider-1-10.0.0.60 (that's the internal IP for our IP500v2) which is stuck on restart. rest is all green.

My issue is I had everything working fine on R9 including the mobile preferred App. I upgraded IP500v2 from R9 to 9.1 succesfully; installed App server anew and configured it but am now having these issues. Can u assist pls?

By default a lot of "Services" are set to disabled.
So login to the security settings and check if the CSTA is set to enabled.
If yes then change the password.
Then login to the One-X Portal server and change the password for the CSTA provider.
Watch out and only change the password of the CSTA provider (you need to click on the edit button)

He can't find the security settings in Manager 9.1 so resetting/changing security settings becomes a problem.
Run Manager as Administrator and look again. You need to retrieve the config from IPO first and then look for the security settings.

The security settings do not show up when manager is start in simplified mode.
Go to the preferences and turn it off, then restart manager.

Or manager》 view 》 advanced mode.

Hi, I changed password for security, and changed for CSTA provider. now I have all green statuses for one-x portal.

Still, I cannot log on with any user. I keep getting wrong credentials error even though I was using those before. I changed the credentials from the IPO and restarted one-x service several times but to no avail.

Any ideas pls? Cheers

Do the users a have password set meeting the new password requirements?
