UPGRADE TO 10.0 1

Dear All

I have recently upgraded MXE controller from Sw version 7.1.5.13 to MCD 10.0. The controller is up and running but I cannot run Maintenance commands or do a back up. When I try to excute the command the controller returns the msge
"Command not Unique" and when I try a Backup it returns : "backup failed" .

I followed the steps in the release notes when I did the offline upgrade.

Any ideas?

NB

I am using windows7 and internet eplorer8. I cleared my browser after the upgrade. As per the RL notes.

Put the MXE ipaddress in the trusted zone.

try a non W7 and IE 8 computer.

This is not a software issue. It is a simple command that requested a confirmation. Try just cu issue "force" or "yes" in the command box.

Mitel should hurry up and stop pretending that it is still the 20th century!

Last time I excuted the command ,the controller returns the "Command not Unique" , I reset the 3300 ,then ok

All laptops available for me are IE8, my Network and Systems Administrator recommends I install virtaul machine on my Win7 laptop. I am busy with this today and come friday, I will go to site then will update you Guys.

I have just completed a software upgrade on our Mitel controller in house to version 10 (4.1) I'm also using Win7 laptop and haven't had any problems.

I did the upgrade on Saturday morning, and everything is working fine.

I was on site today. I had installed XP and IE7 on my VMachine. After running certain commands like DBMS Chech on etc the controller returns the msge "NON-UNIQUE MATCH" as before. I am still failing to do backups. I have request for a down time with the hospital management to restart the controller, maybe this might help. They are to arrange for it for next week.
