Upgrade licence 9.1 3

Please help us to resolve this problem.

ATM 16 expansion module cant not work after that the IPO control unit has been licensed with 9.1 upgrade license.
Previously they are both running release 8.1.95, the issue it that the IP Office does not recognized the ATM 16 module no more after that it has been licensed with the upgrade license.

You're saying that the modules stopped working when you put the license in? (not upgraded yet).

Sounds highly unlikely that the license it self made the modules die.

I tried to download the r 9.1 version on avaya site so that i can upgrade the module too,no result,i even tried on

http://www.ipofficeinfo.com,then

the page has failed for admin 9.1.0..../
Someone has a great link on which that i can find this soft ?

Use the official download site, you need an SSO login and PLDS access though.

You have checked that the expansion modules are compatible with the R9.1 firmware?

I have try once with my sso login when i click on the download link nothing seems to be download, i do have an sso login but PLDS access is necessary ?

Try different kind of browser then.
I just tested on Chrome, DL works just fine and the speed was excellent

That would still require the system to be on R9.1.
(But I'm starting to think that OP actually did the upgrade, despite confirming not)

Sounds to me like the DS module did not get new firmware.

This is an ATM module pmcook.
I also think this is a small upgrade license.
You must use the normal upgrade license as the small upgrade license is for system with less than 32 extension and no modules!
So remove the license and order the right one.
I can imaging that the license is the cause.

Great thinking Peter. If that is the case checking the upgrade license type before actually upgrading might seem odd but at least it saves the pain of finding the problem post upgrade and having to downgrade.

Would be nice to know what error messages Manager or System Status are showing, hopefully one relating to the wrong type of upgrade license being present?

Yes exactly, this is a small upgrade licence and i also got this error on the error list on the bottom >>

Now i am pretty sure that i can fix it,i ll purchase the normal upgrade license,

For more you can fix it by deleting the licence if you are still on 9.0
