I see some IP Phones as Unknown IP handset in Avaya IPO R10, the problem with them is when we reboot our IPO they won't login Automatically, we need to manually enter Extension number and Security Code to Login all Extensions were programmed in same manner but only some phones behave like this. need your expert suggestion's
