Can you turn off call-forwarding on a station with out having to walk to the set and punching in the FAC?

Thanks

You can program a brdg-app of the extension on a spare button on your phone, then punch in the FAC

try console permission COS and then the FAC
doing FAC and the extension that you want to fwd and then dial the destiny

Thanks for the reply guys I'll give it a shot...Joaquin

You can set your station with console permissions and COS as MERIDIAN11C states, but if the system is a remote you can also use the remote access feature to do this, just ensure that you have a good barrier code established then set console permission and COS to the barrier code .. I do this constantly for that same reason.. people always forget what the FAC is or the leave on vacation and need it turned off...

Hope that helps

'EUA (Extended User Administration)' Call Forwarding works great for us. We just implemented it. Here's how it works. Admin instructions at bottom...

2. Dial user extension number plus the pound(#) key (hear silence)
3. Dial user SSC number plus the pound(#) key (hear dialtone)
4. Dial forward to number (hear confirmation tone)

To deactivate:
1. Dial *83 (hear dialtone)
2. Dial user extension number plus the pound(#) key (hear silence)
3. Dial user SSC number plus the pound(#) key (hear confirmation tone)

Using EUA Call Forwarding from a Console Permissions Station or an Attendant.
