I've got a task flow and I need it to play the next messages when a call is queued (waiting for an available agent). The messages should appear in this order:

1 Message 1
2- MHO for 20 seconds
3 Message 2
4- MHO for 20 seconds
5- Message 3
6- MHO for 20 seconds
7- plays again message 1

I had already set this task flow, but unfortunately it doesn't behave as I configured it at te beggining.

Is this configuration possible?
Can you please help me to configure it, if possible?

Thank you very much

you can only repeat the second message not the first one

@Westi
I think it should be possible with IPOCC and you are talking about the inbuilt IPO functions...

I did indeed talk about the basic IPO functions.
IPOCC has its own forum

that is why I did not think of IPOCC (also have not touched it yet because Avaya has made our company angry with CCC and CCR so we stay with third party product for a while, better support :) )

The simple answer is no, it will play all announcement and then it will only repeat the last announcement.
The "easiest" way is to make one announcement file with all the steps.

Thanks for your answer, but i need (between announcements), to ask if there are available agents and, if that's the case, i need the call to be asigned to this agent and not to play again all the messages.

Thanks for your help

You just check this once after a TaskTag, it will loop the whole flow each second even if it plays the last announcement.

Did you do the course or are you just playing around with it? =)
