connect a computer running terminal emulation VT100 to the RS232 port on the controller. 9600 8-1-N. As the controller boots you will see the boot sequence. when prompted hit the space bar 3 times the boot sequence will stop. Type "C" for boot change. Using the ENTER key the boot line will display a line at a time. *ost the results here and we will help you.

Bad dsp card, try reseating it. Hopefully you have one, otherwise it's the dsps on the mainboard. If it is a card, you can remove it if reseating it doesn't work. You won't get full functionality but it should stop the reboot cycle....again, unless it's the onboard dsps that are dying.
There is a bunch of things that happen after that line that don't produce outputs, but if the reset happened directly (within 1-5 seconds) it was most likely the DSPs. When there is a write/read error (bus conflict) on any of the MMC modules, it can produce a system crash with no output.
Out of curiosity, what caused the system to initially reboot? Was this on an upgrade? or regular maintenance reboot, or power outage?
No Idea, Another market sent the system out to a off-site facility and they couldn't get it to work...so we replaced the system and they sent this back...It could have been bad to begin with or someone made it bad...Too many parties involved to determine.
I have got similar situation with one of old 3300. Sometimes it will finish booting and will even work for few minutes or hours. Or it will reboot just like this one. I decomissioned the box. You can save sysid and just buy bare hardware for replacement on eBay really cheap.
slapin, I have seen that as well. In those cases, it is most likely that the signals are at the limit, just enough to boot the dsps. However it's usually the first access to the dsp that cases the issue after it boots...an ONS set going off hook for example, that will trigger the failure.
This ones really wild...........I had a 3300 that would continuosly boot. Tried everything to make it stop. Finally found the reset switch was jammed in the slide housing. Lesson? Check the simple stuff first.
one thing that jumps out, your RTC IP address and gateway are on different subnets. not sure what symptoms you could expect with that, but it definitely won't funtion properly, could be causing the reboot.
