I have a customer with a brand new SX-200 AX with LS trunks. In Night 1 mode, calls forward to an outside Answering Service via Abbreviated Dial. I have the Night 1 destination in the Non Dial-In Trunks form going to (sc151).
This works fine except when the staff at the Answering Service doesn't answer the call quick enough. It appears the call is coming back, perhaps "recalling" and then going back out again, causing a loop.
What timer in Class of Service is affecting this? I'm assuming it would be the Trunk's Class of Service.

Any advice would be helpful!
I've been trying to find Mitel docs that define each COS option for the SX200. No luck

What method are you using to get the call to forward.

I would be using form 55.

I'm using Non-Dial-In Trunks (Form 14) see below. The call forwards to the Abbreviated Dial (sc151) no problem. But it comes back when not answered. I'm not sure what timer it is following since it is Abbreaviated Dial

NON-DIAL-IN TRUNKS
----------- ------

BAY SLT CCT COS TEN DAY N1 N2 CDN TK NUM TK NAME COMMENTS
--- --- --- --- --- --- -- -- --- -- --- -- ---- --------

2 01 13 5 1 1793 sc151 sc152 1 1 TK 01
2 01 14 5 1 1793 sc151 sc152 1 2 TK 02
2 01 15 5 1 1793 sc151 sc152 1 3 TK 03
2 01 16 5 1 1793 7902 sc152 1 4 TK 04
2 03 13 5 1 1793 sc151 sc152 1 5 TK 05

Sorry, I read Dial in Trunks (the non got separated by the line break)

This would be a new one for me.

The timer would be in the COS of the trunks.

A big clue would be how long before it comes back

It is likely one of the following and my bet is the first one.

[pre]
Attendant-Timed Recall (NO ANS) 0=disable 5-240 s 30 115
Attendant-Timed Recall (HOLD) 10-240 seconds 30 116
Attendant-Timed Recall (CAMPON) 0=disable 5-240 s 30 117
Attendant Call Forward No Answer Timer 10-240 s 30 118
[/pre]

That's where I was headed. I'll give those a try.
