SMGR 6.3 Log Viewer

Have a 6.3.17 SMGR looking after a couple of CS1000's and session managers, everything appears to be working ok (some pages not as we don't allow flash player)except for the Log Viewer page which is not showing any logs. It was working but we are not on it often, recently we did do the Root CA Cert on it as it was expired and I wonder if it hasn't worked since then but I am not sure it could be unrelated.
 
yes also the VM and the physical server, all no good. We have a 10.2 SMGR for all the Avaya Red so just planning to move the few remaining CS1000's to that and decom this server instead.
