Looks okay, but I would make sure your incoming and outgoing group ID's are different from any other line at each site.
So...what's your question?

It doesn't work, if I try calling from one system to another it says Incompatible on the handset as soon as I begin dialing.

Perhaps at Site A your incoming line ID 0 and outgoing line Id 0 may be conflicting with another default trunk ID ?

Ok I changed the trunk group so it is unique but same issue. The only other thing I can think of is Site A extension numbers are 7XX, Trunks are 6XX, site B extension numbering is 64XX and trunks are 5XX. I thought if this was set up correctly I would extensions list for both system when I logged into Manager from either side. I have not set up VM pro yes and not sure if that plays a role in the SCN setup

Be sure you can ping from router to router.
Then be sure that the routers can ping both IPO's (do this from both routers)
If that all works then start pinging from SSA to both routers from both IPO's
Then try to ping the other IPO from the IPO itself.
If that all works then it is a configuration error on the IPO's.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Itguy, I think you should get the extn lengths equal. You have 7XX, 6XX, 64XX and 5XX in your systems, and that is not a good idea.

Kind regards

Gunnar

Open Monitor and then select Status / Small Community Network and you should see both systems in there with green showing both systems connected and some stats about users groups etc.

If it is looking good in Monitor, then reboot both switches.

once hoy have programmed the H323 gateways & the IP routes into the ip office if it is not working then you have a problem with your data network.

what type of VPN are use suing between sites.

pptp will not work
use ipsec & ensure that there is no port blocking

if it still does not work check the data network again it WILL be a data problem

A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.
Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

They are using a Checkpoint Firewall with an IPSec site to site tunnel.

Are there any specific ports that need to opened up on the firewall?

System Status from Site A
192.168.99.0 255.255.255.0 RemoteManager DialUp Static
192.168.43.0 255.255.255.0 LAN2(WAN) LAN Directly Attached
10.1.2.0 255.255.255.0 LAN1 LAN Directly Attached
0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 10.1.2.1 LAN1 LAN 1 Static

System Status from Site B
192.168.99.0 255.255.255.0 RemoteManager DialUp Static
192.168.43.0 255.255.255.0 LAN2(WAN) LAN Directly Attached
10.1.1.0 255.255.255.0 LAN1 LAN Directly Attached
0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 10.1.1.200 LAN1 LAN 1 Static

Where are those short codes created? I would put them under the main short code section and follow Gunnar's advice on having some consistent and none matching codes.

Did you try the ping as advised above?

Can ping from either site, I can open configurations from each others site. I have not set any short codes up, which ones will I need? Is there a specific port on the firewall that needs to be opened?

Before you start making Short Codes, you haven't told much about you're trying to achieve here. (You want it to work, I get that).
Is the SCN just for free calling between sites, sharing Trunks, failover, overflow, etc.?

The systems will exchange info, like Extn numbers, Line ID, so they must be unique.
I always revers them, System 1 -> 2: Line number 12, System 2 -> 1: Line number 21, System 3 -> 1: Line number 31, and so on..
Group ID: Same as Line number. Keeps things easy for you to remember later on, like when using Monitor.

Speaking of which, please open Monitor>Status>Small Community Networking. No need to go forward before you know the link is up.
Looks like this, but with only one line and the it should be green or blue:

One site is a store and the other is their warehouse. They want to be able to dial extensions between the 2 sites, they want to route calls via AA at the store to the a department in the warehouse, so I have a hunt group in Warehouse for that feature. They would also like to be able to sieze a trunk from each other site if they run out of lines at a particular site but it isn't something I expect to happen often.

I know I will need to change line numbering at one site because it conflicts with extension numbering at the other site. One site is using 4 digit extensions and the other is using 3 digit extension numbers, not what I set up, it is what I inherited but I will make them change 4 digit to 3 digit if that makes this work.

I do not see SCN under my system status, I see IP Networking

I just noticed this alarm

11/6/2013 1:16:29 AM >999 No response to IP trunk call request
IP Trunk Line Number: 17
Remote end IP address: 10.1.2.222

I can ping both sites from each other

Ok, you opened System Status Application, that's not what I meant.

Try monitor.exe aka System Monitor aka Monitor.

ok when I launch monitor it just says trying to connect to 10.1.1.222 (ip address of the system)

Monitor screen is blank

Hmmm...That's a bit strange, you say you can open both Systems with Manager from where you are now?
Change that to IP to 10.1.2.222. Any connection there?

Kind regards

Gunnar

No I get the same result it just says connecting. When I look at the H323 trunk summary it says Small Community Networking down.

I have no trouble opening configurations from each others site

Did you by any chance alter the password in this window:

It's: password

Are you sure IP Gateway on site B is 10.1.1.200?
It's an unusual last octet for a Gateway. Normally providers put it in upper or lower end, like .1 , .2 , .254.

Can you ping 10.1.1.200? and try to ping 10.1.1.1.

When I'm in doubt I use a nice tool, Advanced IP Scanner.

Kind regards

Gunnar
