I'm setting up a DTI card. We have a T1 coming into a Cisco 2800 FE 0/1 port and going into the DTI card. This line is used to call a remote branch with 200 extensions. So when a user presses 2 the call is routed to the remote branch.

Here is what I have:
MBM Bus 7
CO Fail TIA-547A
Interface Levels ISDN
Framing ESF
INternal CSU On
CSU Line Build 0db
Line Coding B8Zs

Provision Lines 61 - 84
All lines show Provisioned

Telephony Services
Missing line 61
Enabled lines start at LIne 062
All 62 - 84 lines show
Trunk Type E&M
Line type Pool H
Signalling Wink Start

Destination Codes
2
Use Route 002
Route 002
Use Pool H
Public

Extensions
Line Pool H

However, when I go to press 2 I get a "line in use" error on the display.

Also on the Cisco Router the link light coming from the DTI card into port FE 0/1 is not lighting up.

Am I missing something?

Is it a straight through or cross over cable going to the cisco?

Crossover cable. And before my hardrive crashed, it was working.

Is the card showing enabled in the BCM?
What kind of lights do you have on the T1 card on the BCM?

I think I figured it out. The cisco router had the DE0/1 port deactivated.
