Noticed Avaya have redesigned thier web site

at first I though it was going to make getting the correct software easier, but no they have just added an extra couple of pointless layers between me & what is required with no acual improvement to the final download page

They will probably regret having asked me to complete a survey

they probably dont know about t because no-one can report isues without IPOSS

I don't know if you know, but that (I believe) is a known problem with deleting a message too soon after forwarding it? And their solution is "don't delete it so fast, wait a minute".

I have a customer that has this issue intermittently and we did everything but get them on VMPro. I will tell them to not erase their messages until they are going into their messages the next time they check.

Thanks for the tip, I will start a new thread if I hear back from them about it.
