SCN VM troubles

SCN - hdqtrs 4.0 (7) not upgraded yet to 4.1
New site online 4.1 - calls incoming via automated attendant and then transferred to an extension just ring and ring - never follow onto vmail. Other remote sites on 4.0 (7) acting the same way.

Internal calling at a site or from site to site - calls go to vmail after no answer time.
 
Are you sure the AA isn't transfering to a group with the extns in and the group has VM off??

Or that the transfer from the AA is an Assisted Transfer and that is controlling th NA timer??

Get a default monitor trace and see if you can see it expiring the NA time.

Are you using Centralized VM or local VM?

If Centralized:

Do you have Centralized VM set in the remote location?

System| Voicemail

Make sure Centralized is chosen and that you have the Line set to that # that is used for your IP Line back to the main office.
 
~Correction~ -

Under Centralized VM, it should be the outgoing group ID # that you have given to the IP Line that ties back to central office.
 
Hdqtrs - IP406V2 4.0 (7)
Remotes - IP406V2 4.0 (7)
New remote - IP500 4.1GA

Centralized vm at Hdqtrs - tested a call on one of the other remotes (406V2 - 4.0(7)) same result - after hours - AA answers dial an extension that has vm checked on (using Transfer in VM not assisted txfr) call just rings and rings. If you call one of the remote sites that has DID, then you will get the user's voicemail after the no answer time. If a user has DND active, then calls transferred from AA to the extension follow onto vm.

 
There is a private build for the IP500's running 4.1. It will upgrade them to 4.1 (9501) which fixes several SCN annd ringing issues. Ask you distributor or BP for the File. It is only for the IP500 and is approx. 5 mb in size.
