SCN site to site gets busy and unattainable 3

We made a few changes over the weekend and after we rebooted all the sites with the changes we found out that the main site that has the PRI can receive calls and place calls but from site to site we are unable to c call each other's extension.

We are able to dial 9 to get an outside line from any of the other two sites for outgoing but incoming and extension to extension gets busy or unobtainable.

Checked all the configurations even loaded some configurations from a few days ago on all three sites hoping that would solve the problem but we're still having the same situation.

Any suggestions? If anyone has remote service available please let me know.

Are the SCN tunks set to Proprietary or WebSocket try switching them to get them to restore. Also in SSA -> IP Network -> Routes can you even ping the other IPO. Maybe the network routing is broken.

Well of all thing it turned out to be the VCM card. Replaced it and everything came back up.
