Im having in issue with Music on Hold across a 8.1 SCN because I wish to have different "System Sources" for a specific site.
Seems when you set "system source" to WAV that it uses holdmusic.wav as default which is pushed out to all v2's via TFTP.
If I have a site that needs different music I can set alternate sources for their inbound calls and hunt groups, but I cant seem to set the music for outbound calls and intercom calls across the SCN? This seems to always play the "system source"... which is different for this site
I thought about just using embedded file management to change\upload this file, but im afraid that it will just pull a new copy via TFTP again from the manager
At last, I now have deleted the holdmusic.wav on all sites and only specified Alternate sources. Now all the outbound calls just have tones and the inbounds have correct companies music, but still dont understand how to set the default system source to WAV 1,2 or 3 or Different WAV's?
Is the only way to install manager and TFTP server on a compltely different machine and point the V2 there and never manage theoir MOH across the SCN\WAN?
What am i missing?
Thanks in Advance
