The problem we were having was the release 7.0 ACS with the T-1 card were not powering up.We were told by Avaya to download the path and upgrade the T-1, but the patch will only upgrade the T-1 via a release 6.0 ACS. So inorder to fix our problem we had to put the T-1 card with an Acs Rel 6.0, perform the upgrade to the T-1, and then remove the Rel 6.0 and replace it with our Rel 7.0. Problem solved.
