Rrel 7.0 and T-1 1

Is anyone having problems using the new R7 with a T-1 card?

The problem we were having was the release 7.0 ACS with the T-1 card were not powering up.We were told by Avaya to download the path and upgrade the T-1, but the patch will only upgrade the T-1 via a release 6.0 ACS. So inorder to fix our problem we had to put the T-1 card with an Acs Rel 6.0, perform the upgrade to the T-1, and then remove the Rel 6.0 and replace it with our Rel 7.0. Problem solved.

GREEAAT, now we have to order an R6 to install an R7. Norstar, here I come....

Bump for an old thread, but here's a quick question....

With the 1600 installed, how many additional analog lines can I also use through the R7, 308's, etc. maximum?

From the manual:

"PARTNER ACS Release 7.0 systems allow up to 31 lines and up to 48 extensions; however, these maximums cannot be achieved simultaneously.
