I have the same problem and can't seem to find the licenses anywhere. I have access to PLDS but can't figure out how to obtain the licenses from the Dongle serial number. Could someone help me please. The dongle serial is: resolved

If the licenses are in PLDS you need the LAC code or you need to search for the customer and their Host ID.

I tried numerous times but must be missing a step. I will try again.

I think you need to put 11 in front of the dongle number for PLDS.

But, are you sure the licenses are PLDS, not ADI?

Thanks for the replies. Found it. Was under ADI still and I kept thinking its PLDS.

But, since it' s a V2.

Just put in the sd card, startup the IPO and drink a cup of coffee..
