We have a Mitel 3300.
We have changed our line provider and no are longer required to press 9 to make an outside call.
I found a setting on the switch in System Administration/ System Options Assignment- Outgoing External Call Prefix for Applications set to 9. I removed this and rebooted the switch but we still can't dial out. I believbe this is called the Pre-dial mode number.
