Removing Packard Bell LOGO at Startup? 2

I have a packard bell and have just installed Windows ME, but would like to remove the packard bell logo when my computer first starts. Does anyone know how I can do this?

If this logo appears before Windows starts to load, then check the BIOS for options like, show settings or logo at startup. It might be this is not an option with P-B machines...

I don't see anything in the Bios that says Options. Darn!

Does the logo appear during the BIOS or during the OS boot?

If it's within the OS boot, read this

but be aware that this is very dangerous as it could cripple your boot, you should be okay if you follow the instructions word by word.
