We recently upgraded our Session Managers and SBCs to 7.1.3. The remote phones are 9641 sets thru get the 46xx settings thru a Utility server.
When a user answers a call on a bridged appearance the soft key Answer button changes to Bridge instead of Hold, Conf, Tranfer and End Call. When you press the Bridge button the phone beeps and an "invalid state" message appears on the screen. The only way to clear the problem is to log the phone out or reboot.
Any ideas what to look for?
