External Call Forward not working since PRI cutover.
New carrier for T-1/PRI(Time Warner Cable)is asking we stop sending Call Redirect information when we Call forward external. We had CenturyTel T-1/PRI with existing worked, call forward external, i.e. manual call forward and ACD numbers call forward to external forward.
My 2nd level vendor is telling me we cant stop sending Call Redirect infomation.
So my question is does NCRD=no (LD16 RDR_DATA, ISDN)stop this inforamtion from going out?
If so do I need to disable the loop, make the change and then re-enable?
