Hi,

I have a QSIG link between cisco and md110 tsw7. The systems are calling each other well,calls from cisco are sending both the caller id and the number as expected. But i have a problem when a call is placed from MD110,as it is only sending the number without the associated name. What could be the problem?, here is MD110 config.

Hi BlAle,

I used BC12 library (Alex)and noticed i had to change VARC (though they say not important in sl60,it works) and VARO settings,i changed varc to H'00000310 and VARO to H'55440000,but will try to change adc parameter,though with the above it works,

Thanks buddy

It not to me.
I learned this nuance from my friend Nikolay Kuznetsov from Russia.

This is from Thomas(Aastra).And i agree with him,coz that what i changed and it works.

Hi,

One issue is for sure, that you are using UUI in the trunk settings. UUI can only be understood by other MX-ONE (BP). Also, you have set SERV D3 to public, which isn't good neither. I have tried to modify your parameters accordingly. You need to verify that for sure.

If it still doesn't help, a trace on SLP60 would be helpfull. With the Signal Trace interpreter from SAM, you can decode the ISDN messages and you can verify, whether GFP with name is sent.

Regards
Thomas

have you set phones correcctly -see below from Cisco integration notes

To configure Calling/Connected Name and Number Restricted, use the following command:
<KSCAC:DIR=1154&&1155,ADC=00010013010000;
To configure Calling/Connected Name and Number Allowed, use the following command:
<KSCAC:DIR=1154&&1155,ADC=00100013010000;
