Hello, i have the following connection error on provisioning manager: when i want to view the extension numbers on my MX-ONE it show the following error "Operation failed". In the logs i have found the following event log by level "WARN" :"Marker: Sshlp382 Suspected system configuration problem. Symptom: Failed to send a or SOAP message to the subsystem or failed to process response. Suggestion: Check that service is available on host and port. Possible consequences: Operation will fail."
I can acces the MX-ONE system from mtputty and everything is fine. My license is valid, i can add the subsytem without any error but i can't do actions on my extension. Any ideas? THX

Hi
Is your PM installed on a stand alone machine or in one of the system servers?
Are you sure the authentication is correct?
By defualt PM uses port 80 and https.
When authentication is OK, you must see the screen as the attached file with the correct type of LICENSE, in my case I am using Traditional

My pm is installed on stand alone machine. I use https and i'm having port 443. I dont have any error with authentication because it show me like in your pic. The problem is when i tried to acces SERVICE->EXTENSION. I cant acces this part to create extension.

Is the PM running the same version of your MX-one system? I mean 7.8 SP0.

The PM/SNM SOAP interface is being stepwise replaced by the new Rest APIs in the modernized PM/SNM. The old PM/SNM SOAP interface will be removed once the REST APIs in PM/SNM are fully implemented, for all operations.

The version of mx-one system is 7.6 sp1. I have another mx-one system in PM with same version(7.6 or older) and it s working.

This is the error when i try to acces the subsytem Extension from a Service Administrator profile

When i check the audit logs it appears me this error : Marker: Sshlp382 Suspected system configuration problem. Symptom: Failed to send a or SOAP message to the subsystem or failed to process response. Suggestion: Check that service is available on host and port. Possible consequences: Operation will fail."

Have you tried with others Profiles?
Try to restart the Webserver in mxone_maintanance in webmanagement, than choose option G.

I have been browsing the CPI for Provisioning Manager´s fault location and it said that this case is most probably a "network problem".
