Hi all, I know there was a tib for this on MOL but I have had a search and can't find it, I'm getting "Invalid Tool Access" when I try to export forms to a CSV and then IE is shutdown and I am kicked out of the 3300, does anyone know the fix for this ? I think it was to do with adjusting the file types in folder option but can't remember exactly what to change.

All help much appreciated.

It is usually the security settings in IE.

Try adding the 3300 IP to the trusted sites under Tools/Security

Also enable the option "Automatic prompting for file downloads" in the trusted site zone

Now working fine after changing the above steps, cheers fellas, much appreciated.

Using the fully qualified domain name also seems to work. Use the DOS CMD box to find it, ie, do a tracert to the IP address of the source 3300 and in the response it should reveal it's FQDN
