Problem in SWT ( Software Transfer ) in HP4K V6

In our company we have HP4K V6 , and we have a problem in CSTA , so we brought CSTA file ( .zip , . tar and .iso ) , and we tried to flow the instructions to move this file from PC to HP4K .
* When we used SWT feature , we couldn't see any file inside the PC , so ( Could tell me the exact extension for CSTA to be able to be viewed in the left menu of SWT ).
* We tried to change the path inside the PC but still not appear.
* We tried also to map to fake folder ( Not exist ) , but the system refused to map and told us ( this folder not existing ).

So : Any one faced this problem before , and from your experiences what we can do to overcome this problem.[/pre][/highlight]

Make a folder in the C:\ drive of your PC
HiPath4000V60

In that folder make a folder called
hhd300

In that folder make a folder called
csta

In that folder you should have a dot tar (.tar) and a dot spa (.spa) file

Log on to the HiPath - make sure that you have completed the 'client preparation' and that the java is working

go into Software Management/Software Transfer
You should see the CSTA to transfer and then activate

Many thanks for your advice , and the result is :
* I created folders for the path , and its appeared in the left side of SWT.
* I found ONLY one file csta.tar and can't find the second file .spa.
* Although its appeared in the left side , but the arrow is still not active .

Do you have any ideas[/highlight]

What is the current version of CSTA
What version are you trying to send in

I have an error in the assistant page ( unavailable ) beside the information of CSTA .
And the version of new CSTA is V1_R1.204.6

If you can you should just make a new disk unless the customer does not need CSTA ?

What does you mean about new disk

And the feature of CSTA , we will use it to add directory on all telephone sets by connect HP4K to active directory , we still in trials and I will share it with all after finish

If you have a problem then you can make a new disk.
If you can not solve the problem to upgrade the csta, make a new disk with the latest csta on it.
