My boss's internal number is 3025. When he calls my internal number at 4030, if I want to transfer my boss to a mobile phone, after I answer that mobile phone, the connection is disconnected as soon as I hang up the phone.

When 3025 is on hold, and you are speaking to mobile, have you tried following the menu through to "Transfer" and pressing OK?

Yes, of course, the transfer option appears, immediately after disconnecting the 4030, all three connections are disconnected, even the signal does not return to the 4030.

The regen you supplied, the database looks correct, transfer should work (although you don't have a physical node number in zand alldata, you should enter one). Transfer should work. Your software is revision 0,, no hotfixes. If you are able, you should apply the latest hotfix.

The PSTN does not support the transfer messaging and causes a disconnect (put NOCT in ETSI COT and retest(
or
The regen file you supplied is different from the current configuration.

V10 4Ks are permanently tracing. You can download a trace from Assistant, Expert Mode, Permanent Logging, find the file with the correct start and end dates. It would show if the disconnect comes from PSTN.

You could send the binary database instead of the regen. This is 100% the configuration in use, instead of a regeneration.

Can the operator(B) connect two external mobile phones together?
And himself should not be in this Call? I tested it isn't possible.

If you don't have the latest hotfix you can't apply it. A service contract is required with Unify to obtain it.
