Hello all,
I seem to have (another) little problem! When our receptionist is on the phone (ext 221) incoming calls go directly to voicemail instead of ringing the prescribed number of times before hitting the CCR tree. If any other extension is using the phone this does not happen. Consequently, if the receptionist is taking a call she cannot put them on hold to pick up the other line(s).
Can anyone please help me out?
