PGR programming lost after upgrade ICP 3300 from MCD 4.0 to MCD 6.0 SP2

last night, I upgraded three 3300 ICP version 4.0 to MCD 6.0 SP2. In all three cases, I noticed that after the upgrade, the personal ring group form was empty (the programming is lost after the upgrade). wanted to know if it happened to one of you? otherwise, pay attention, take note of PRG data before upgrade!

we have encountered similar problems to this many times previously, when upgrading pickup groups disappear, multiline set key programming, call re-routes, the list is endless!!!
To recitfy we have to open the backup and view the raw data files in notepad / excel and then we re-program as needed.
