Open monitor, connect to the ipo and select filters.
Go to the tab "call" and select PC voicemail (bottom most right option)
Also use "debug view" on the voicemail server.
Be sure that the network card is working and has the right IPadres (must be static)
When it is on DHCP and in the IPO configured static then it goes wrong big time.
The only thing that I changed before I shut down this computer was the password to log-in as Admin. I didn't know the pass previously, so I changed it to protect myself. Could this have caused an issue?
In the Run box on the server/PC type services.msc or navigate to services from the control panel, find the VM Pro service(s) double click it/them and find the login details and change the password to match the new one
What is the address of the system? If it's in a different range does it have an IP route to send the traffic to the correct interface even though it's directly connected
I dont know what settings could be off, or wrong. Like I said in my original post, a technician plugged into our system using his laptop, uploaded my files and everything worked.
I'm baffled as to what the problem could be. I connected directly to my router and got Internet on the VM server so it cant be the NIC card.
Just to narrow the issue down quickly load VM onto a laptop or a spare pc and connect that directly and see if that works, make sure AV, firewall etc is off, that could prove if it's the system acting up or the original PC
