Password has been disabled. R 9.1

Hi guys,
System is an IP Office Server Edition ver 9.1.

We have managed to lock out the admin password on the system by entering it wrong multiple times. It seems like the security password / root password we thought that was setup does not work.

Is there anyway of getting back onto this system?

I believe you will be locked out for 20 minutes, also do you know the security password
 
It locked us out permanently. Managed to get in touch with previous support provider to check on the security password as the one we have is not correct.

and once you do get that then go and change all passwords
 
Unfortunately the previous support provider has failed in logging in with security password as none of their bespoke passwords work... This is really disturbing.

Is there any other way of getting in? May ask them for the root password, not sure if this will be on hand either.
 
Managed to get in via console/root. Is there any way of unlocking admin password / changing security password from there?
