In our CSN setup, SIP line is connected to the main IPO.
Extensions of the second IPO getting error when dialing-out using the main IPO SIP.
Extension dialing between 2 IPOs work fine without any issue.
(both IPOs are in the same location, used as a expansion)

when traced, we can see only the 3 digits extension sent as the calling number. (between IPOs and over the SIP)

Can someone help me please?

That's not many details. Usually you have to set a short code and ARS that sends anything to to the trunk IPO 9N/Dial/9N/grouptootheripo or ?/Dial/./trunktootheripo

In the trunk settings you habe to configure the trunk and/or short codes/ARS to send.the correct caller ID.

At Site 1 with the SIP, presumable you have a system short code of 9N / Dial / N / ARS:50 for outbound.

You have the SCN Line from Site 2 to Site 1 with a Line Group Number, typically 17.

At Site 2, make a system short code of 9N / Dial / N / ARS:50, and in ARS 50 have it go N; / Dial / 9N / 17

User at site 2 dials 918004444444, the leading 9 sends everything after the 9 to ARS:50. ARS:50 takes receives the digits (the N; part), sends 9 followed by the digits over line 17 to Site 1, Site 1 receives 918004444444 and sends to its own ARS:50 to send out on the SIP Trunk.
