I have a customer with A aVAYA ipo 500 V2 8.1.43. A user has 2 DID's going to their extention. How do i specify what DID shows on outgoing caller ID ?
I read where you just need to put a i in the incoming call route ?
You need to create a seperate ARS table that gives out the caller Id you want then create a user shortcode for that user to point to it. Also the provider has to allow this to work.
