Hi There,

In Gibraltar (europe)i am having an issue displaying an outgoing number. The primary number on the ISDN group is the only one that shows. i have added ? .Snumber to a users shortcode, yet it still displays the primary number over a BRi. I have no issues getting this to work over a PRi.

can anyone help Thanks

This is very common in Ireland also. There is a setting the provider needs to turn on to allow the sending of DDI/Channel numbers on BRI. This is on by default on Pri.

But first try sending extra digits, e.g. 4 instead of 3, or full set, etc.

as TT said, try matching the digits you put after the S to the number recieved form your provider

Provider has asked me to change the outgoing Nos. i wish to display to primary on the NT1s. Thanks all.
