I have IP406 Office from Avaya. I am using Office Manager 5.2 to manipulate it.

I have a list of DIDs (phone numbers) that I need to see when recieving a call from within the network. (IE when calling from extension 117 the called party needs to see the CLID info of a DID assigned to that extension i.e. 405-555-9117.

From where do I add this information in Office Manager?

In the 91N code it just has 1N in the Telephone Number Field.

SoonerMan90 what number are you dialing. Every [9]short code matches a type of number. If you are dial a number that begins with 1 then your using [9]1N;. If you are dialing 7 digits then you are using [9]N; or [9]xxxxxxx. So you have to make surte you are making changes to the right short code.

Change telephone number field to
1Nsi4055559E

with or without the i depending on provider

Spoke with CLEc and discovered that they are passing outbound CLID.
Have applied USER RIGHTS and Not User Rights still sending out main BTN.

Any other suggestions? Should we start from scratch?

They my be blocking your ability to send the caller ID you want. Ask then if your PRI is NI-2.

Ron,

It is NI2, The funny thing about this is that it worked a cupla months ago, then it stopped about the time I came on board. So something changed before my employ. To give an example of how important this is, this company has a chain of fast food resturants that are all on this VoIP. If someone from one of those stores calls out, the callee gets the HQ phone number, so call backs are always to HQ. Very frustrating

Who is your vendor? Why haven't they looked into this? If its NI-2 it can be fixed.

I have spoken with them and they say it should work.
