Our administrator died

Sorry about the off-subject post - this is about 3.12 but you guys seem a bit more responsive.  Our netware administrator has died in a car crash (sad) and now us NT techies are in a bind (ha ha).  We need to change usernames on the server and we know the utility is SYSCON but when we try and run it we get UNKNOWN COMMAND.  Help - please?

First, don't try to run it on the server console, try it on a workstation, if this doesn't function, try to change to the following path f:\public, and try again.

Logon to the Server from a workstation as supervisor/or equal and go to sysublic[If there is no mapping for that].<br>Run syscon and you will get all administration informations.Nothing you have to do from the server console.
