I have some issues in one-x portal.

I configured everything as per doc .

One -x Mobile is working perfectly in voip mode in internal wifi.

We are able to call internal and external from one-x mobile(Android & IOS) in VOIP Mode.

But when we tried this in 3g voip is registering we are able to call .

But there is no voice Path both side.

There is no firewall here in this setup.

I have 2 fqdns publicly resolving . One for one x and other for ipoffice.

i configured split dns with the public ip. Wan cable is directly connected to one-x server.

I forwarded the ports 5060(TCP & UDP),5061 and RTP(49152-53246) ports to ipoffice from One-x Server.

Please help me to sort out this issue

Mobile/Cell providers typically block the voice traffic as they don't want you avoiding their call costs by using VoIP clients on 3G :)

I cant get 1X mobile working within the LAN. Any tips?
I have dns for 1XP configured fine but the android shows disconnected all the time.

Hi amriddle01

I discussed with the provider they said there is no blocking at all.

Also voip is registering and i am able to send and receive calls.

both end cannot here. i telnet to rtp ports externally its opening.

I used only 1 public ip for this setup but ipo and onex fqdn resolving to that public ip.

Is it required 2 public ips for this to work externally?

no, only 1 external (public) IP is needed.

Both DNS records need to point to that one IP.

Hi nnaarrnn

I did that with one public ip.

i configured splitdns. i m successfully tried onex mobile preferred both android and iphone through vpn.

but when i try to give public fqdn in 3g or external internet i m not able to get voice.

For the troubleshooting purpose i put a firewall Palo Alto Networks I got a message “incomplete”

the rtp packets are sending to ipoffice but there is no rx from ipoffice.

there is no internet connection on the ipoffice, so it cannot go back to the requestor (the phone).

Please help me to find a solution for this

If you ping the FQDN from a PC on the LAN (not from the 1XP itself) it needs to reply with the public IP address!!
If not then it in your router/DNS!

Hi BAS

Thank you very much for your suggession.

As per the documents we need split dns on the router.

Then i configured as per that that means

.
If you ping the FQDN from a PC on the LAN (not from the 1XP itself) it needs to reply with the Private ip. and externally to the public.

Please reply me
