Hi Guys
Does anyone know what format you need to load wav files into the custom service menus the manual says it should be 8Khz 8bit mono PCM
but cant seem to be able to get a program that saves in this format i use Goldwave normally for Panasonics but wont save in this format. Any help more than welcome.

Cheers
Ian

the ns700 can upload wav files on the utility,UM system prompt custom service and select record /play button. then in the dialog box select upload file

Yep tried it but doesn't work just comes up with an error

It does work, what browser are you using, do not use chrome it does not like it.

it is the UM and not the disa you are using

I'm using IE & yes it's he UM not the disa i just need to know the format for the wav files..

I looked at one I transferred to a system and it is mono 8000hz 32 bit and I have used audacity to convert for disa, have not had to use it yet for the NS700.

I also use firefox as both ie and chrome have their problems with the NS700 interface
