This is an update to thread

We were unable to get the system fully operational so we are building it back on a new core card.
We now have all inbound call, but nothing is going out.
Im sure its an easy fix, but my brain is so burnt out I must be overlooking it.

All calls go fast busy and "Release and try again"
However, if i build an ACDN that is NCFW to any outside number it works fine.

Ideas? Insight? Sarcastic remarks?

Check your ESN data block if you built everything back in BARS along with the NCOS on the phone and the FRL in the RLI

Print out all your LD86 Route Lists so you know what they are now - then go and change all the FRLs to zero in each ENTR of each RLI.

Then in the LD86 ESN Data Block, set TGAR=NO

Now BARS won't restrict anything.

If that works, you have some breathing room.

I have bypassed BARS... PRI route now has ACOD of 9, but all calls rejected.

OK, this just got stupid. If i out the phone and build it back as basic as possible the calls are successful.
As soon as i add a name to the set, the calls are rejected.

Look at the DCH and see what RCAP is. You can remove RCAP values by preceding them with "X" - Like XNDS

I suspect you are sending out NAME and the telco does not like that.
