i can make out going calls but incomming calls just bring up err4500 402 15

i think the route was set up for channel 1 but the dass2 i have starts at channel 30 strange i know but thats Colt for you

ERR4500
"GPT Integrated Digital Access ERR: {x x x x x} The format of the
message is ERR4500 xxxx, where xxxx is as follows: 402 d l c - Message received on unconfigured
channel c, loop l, and DTSL/DDSL d.

I would say that you need to check the config of the inbound route and that the trunk members are in place correctly

in ld 21
Req = ltm
rout = your route

I would expect to see something along the lines of....
TN 004 01 MBER 1
TN 004 02 MBER 2
TN 004 03 MBER 3
TN 004 04 MBER 4
TN 004 05 MBER 5
TN 004 06 MBER 6

etc

Thanks mikeyb123

it all lists correctly TN 001 01 MBER 1 MAINDDI

I gather the 15 is the DDSL15 but after it comes 0000141F would this indicate the problem

Its an second hand switch so could it be trying to route the incoming through a table?

Mikeyb123
Just to let you know i found the problem where you said only Colt (service provider)have incoming on channel 30 and out on channel 1 so all channels need to be allocated to receive incomming calls but not to make outgoing.

Thanks for your help everyone
