No incoming calls on PRI connected to IP Office

Greetings Experts'
I have connected a new PRI line to IP Office. In SSA the line show in-service and all channels are idle. However when i call on that PRI number; the call does not land on the IPO Extension.
I have assigned incoming group ID to 0.
Under Incoming Call Route i had configured
Line group ID 0
incoming Number 204845000
Destination is Extension 5000

When I call this number from my cell phone or any other phone I get Number is invalid message. I spoke to service Provider and tech is saying the every this is okay from their side.

The above is just an example, it is happening on all 100 MSN numbers.

SSA trace show the lined are Idle, so my conclusion is the the call is not reaching the IPO.

Please Suggest.
 
Remove the Incoming Number and see what happens, ie. get it working just on matching the line group ID before you try to add matching DDI numbers.

- Hint: Its always best to have one incoming call route that works that way anyway as a safety net.

- ps. using wildcards you could use just one incoming call route for the MSN numbers. Incoming Number 20484XXXX and Destination #

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
 
If you watch it in monitor you will see the call hitting the system and why it is rejected. You should always have the blank ICR as sizbut suggests to catch the numbers sent you don't have configured or configured wrong.

Thanks for the suggestion. The issue was from service provider end but service provider refused to acknowledge. When we asked to test on tester, the issue was acknowledged and rectified
