No Embedded VM after upgrade from v5 to v6 in IP500 v1 chassis

hi there. as the subject states, the Embedded VM stopped working after the upgrade from v5 to v6 in a IP500 v1 chassis. the embedded VM was ok when we used v5. in the system status it shows 0 channels for the VM altouhg it sees the CF card no problem.

anyone has encountered this problem? thanks

Call them and say them that they forgot that upgrade.
