NO DIAL TONE ON AOM

Just programed two pick ups on an add on module. There not pulling dial tone. Any ideas ?

Keys 20 , and 23 are the the issue

Could the other appearances of these DNs been busy when you tried to draw DT? The programming looks ok to me.

do they flash when you call the number? If not check the actual set to see if it could be forwarded to another number.

When i programed, on the user for key key 22 was on.

Think im just going to do an old fashioned unplug / Plug in of the phone with the AOM. Cant hurt.Andf see what happens.

Have you tried swapping out the AOM? Also, make sure you have not put one of the screws through the ribbon cable, that can cause strange things to happen.

Some of the other keys on the AOM work, right? Re-connecting will not hurt. What does a trace of the TN show?

try to put the SCR numbers on different keys, could be deffective keys

It works now..for some reason ..after i did a data dump.
