No CDR output

Hi,
I'm trying to activate CDR. I'm not the one that has configure it before, so I'm not sure if it was done properly.
When I execute : DIS-LSSM; I've the server activated but when I try to log into it to get records using SSH or Telnet, I got timeout error.
Any help.

Deactivate sels 1.
Change the selg for selg 2 to set resop to no and throughconn to no.
Make an updat on a1
Reload the adp
Reg sels to make sure sels 2 is still on.
Connect your app and wait.

then your text outputs will be more readable

To receive data, you need to wait 1-2 minutes after an outgoing call.
And it's better to make a few calls and wait for an answer, talk a little.
Which device did you connect to for charging output?

Apologies for the delayed response; I was on vacation.

I've attempted multiple connections, waiting for over 20 minutes each time, yet no data has been outputted.

I established a connection with the following device: IP address 192.0.2.3, Port 1202.
Prior to making the changes, the device functioned flawlessly. However, after modifying the CDR format, I encountered a loss of data output.

What CDR format have you changed?

I followed the instructions provided in this post (see complete commands at the end of the port): Link, and executed the recommended commands. However, after doing so, I noticed that I am no longer receiving CDR output. It's important to note that the client connection seems to be working fine, as indicated by the successful response from the command **DIS-LSSM**.

Is there a fundamental configuration for CDR that only provides basic call information?

@LAAZ, could you please confirm the correctness of the command ? I believe there should be no spaces in the parameters. I want to ensure that I don't inadvertently cause any issues to the server.

Thank you, @masviss, for your assistance.

I have successfully managed to retrieve CDR output from port 1202. However, I have encountered a rather perplexing behavior: the CDR transmission halts after processing around 100 to 200 records. Despite waiting for hours in anticipation of new data, none is received. This remains the case even if I reestablish a connection using the same port (1202).

Interestingly, the data flow resumes only when I connect to port 1201 (and not 1202) initially, allowing some data to accumulate (presumably CDR records). After this, when I subsequently reconnect to port 1202, I am able to retrieve a limited number of records.

Adding to the complexity of the issue, all the data being received originates from June 2023; no recent data is being transmitted.

Could you please provide insight into the potential cause of this issue?

Maybe there is a previous post on here
telling you not to use two outputs, to deactivate sels 1. Ah, yes there is, from nearly two months ago.

To delete all the old data if this data is not needed
and start receiving data from this point in time,
run these commands:

DEA-SELS:1; this suggested by Moriendi
DEA-SELS:2;
DEL-DAGR:CDRC1;
DEL-DAGR:CDRC2;
ADD-DAGR:CDRC1,65000;
ACT-SELG:2;

I warn you that it is not recommended
to turn off data reception from DR for a long time.
If the data reception buffer overflows, the PBX will restart.
If you still need to turn off data reception, then turn off SELG
