No Audio after few seconds -- issue is intermittent-Avaya IPO 500 v2

Issue is only with internal calls i.e. calling from one extension to another extension both h323 audio is lost after few seconds or sometime first call is having issue i.e. no audio and second call , third call works fine.

I am attaching debug , pls help.

Disable 'direct media-path' on the extensions

But the problem is happening only when we call internally i.e. ext to ext.
on VoIP Tab under Line direct media-path is already disabled.
where i can disable 'direct media-path' on the extensions?
 
Also Disabling Direct media is only a means to prove that the network configuration is the cause of your issue

Once proven the maintainer of your Network switches should investigate & resolve so that it can be re-enabled.

Thanks for your support, Issue has been resloved by disabling 'direct media-path'.
We will investigate with Network Team.
 
The issue has not been resolved, the cause has been identified.
what it means is that the routing on the ip phones in question does not allow them to directly communicate with each other.

Good luck with the Network team, they can sometimes have difficulty in understanding the problem.
