Normally, we create a button to set a Hunt Group out of server and/or Night Service. When the customers are closing, they turn on the night button to roll over the phones to an After Hours phone button.
Is there a way to create an Out of Service button that Respects the Time Profiles. An example would be the following: When a user rolls the phones over to the night service it goes to an after hours Group/ AutoAttendant. In the morning the time profile is able to set the Group "In Service" as normal.
