new lines from Cable provider show as out of service 3

We just got 12 new phone lines from Comcast cable. The lines show up but they all state they are 'out of service'. I tried setting them to Loop Start or Ground start and rebooted but they still show as out of service. The lines give dial tone. Anything else i can try?

ok, the upgrade went fine, it did not wreck. The module is now 6.1 and the main system is 4.1. I am already running version 6 of the office manager app. Waiting for reboot to see if lines are now working.

You're actually running release 4.1 of Manager, it also shows higher than it's true release, R6 is coming soon.....will be testing hopefully :)

you guys are the best. Money is not the issue, i just want to learn rather that calling the guys who installed it for us. It is for a client so the client would get charged and i would get a cut. I just like learning new things and getting things done myself.
